Biddare.com provides an online platform where users can auction lunch and dinner offers at various restaurants ("Service"). Users can participate in auctions either as sellers or buyers.
To use the Site, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4.1 Registration: You must register an account to use certain features of the Site. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.
4.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5.1 Listing Auctions: Sellers can list lunch and dinner offers at restaurants for auction. Listings must be accurate, complete, and not misleading.
5.2 Bidding: Buyers can place bids on auctions. All bids are binding and cannot be retracted once placed.
5.3 Winning Bids: The highest bid at the end of the auction period wins. The winning buyer agrees to pay the final bid amount to the seller.
5.4 Payment: Payments are processed through Stripe. Buyers must provide valid payment information, and all payments are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions.
6.1 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
6.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes between users (sellers and buyers) should be resolved amicably. The Site may, at its discretion, assist in resolving disputes but is not obligated to do so.
7.1 User Content: You retain ownership of any content you post on the Site, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display such content.
7.2 Prohibited Content: You agree not to post any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Site.
The Site and its services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site or its services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biddare.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
